Summary
Lynn and I had been in Las Vegas several times when we made the casino scene as well as taking in shows at various entertainment venues. One time we even took a class at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV). However, on this trip, we would mostly be sight-seeing.
Lynn and I were on our way to Arizona to attend a San Francisco Giants spring-training baseball game in Scottsdale. We had planned to take the shortest route to the RV campground in Mesa. But, when we heard that our friends Jim and Helle would be in Vegas, we decided to take a detour to connect with them. That turned out to be a decision that resulted in having a lot of fun with our friends.
One of our favorite places to stay in Vegas is the Arizona Charlie's Boulder RV Park. The campground is just across a driveway from the enterance of the casino. Lynn and I would spend only a short time in the casino. However, Lynn and I did go to restaurants in the casino.

Most of our daytime activities involved exploring to see if we could find the locations of a few TV shows that we liked. This was done using our towed car, our Saturn VUE with our friends Jim and Helle riding along with us. So come along for the ride as we see places in Las Vegas we will see for the first time.
I would liked to have been able to go inside the "Pawn Stars" pawn shop. However, there was always a long line to get in during the time we were in Las Vegas.*
As we ended our day and headed for "home," a really nice car appeared in front of us. It appeared to be a bright-red, famous, Italian-brand of supercar. It was so low that I doubt that Jim or I could fit in such a car.

| * When Jim and Helle went to Las Vegas on a later trip, he said that they were able to walk right into the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop. Timing is everything. |
